In recent years, the Zwettl-based company BellEquip has developed into a sought-after system provider of infrastructural solutions for the efficient and safe operation of electronic industrial applications in Austria. Thanks to the new sales partnership with Westermo, a provider of industrial data communication, the company is now positioning itself even more strongly in the field of industrial network technology.
Strong partners for demanding customers
Westermo has been dealing with reliable data transmission in demanding environments for over 45 years and has specialized in the development and production of high-performance and secure switches, modems and routers. The portfolio is designed for use in harsh environments and makes it possible to build inexpensive and reliable networks. Customers include industrial and public infrastructures, or all those for whom operational safety is particularly important.
Cooperation for even more customer benefits
For many years there has been a good exchange between BellEquip and Westermo, which has now developed into a close cooperation. The cooperation is the next big step for both companies to meet the rapidly growing needs of plant manufacturers and operators of critical infrastructure in Austria.
Westermo Key Account managers Andreas Hinterschweiger and Erwin Lasinger: “BellEquip has developed into one of the largest sales, technology and logistics partners on the Austrian market, not only in the network technology sector. Through this sales partnership, we can provide even better support to customers who need network technology for industrial requirements.” BellEquip Managing Director Günther Lugauer also sees the benefit for the customer: “Together we have many years of experience in the field of industrial IT and OT applications. In order to be able to offer the shortest delivery times, we have also increased our own warehouse in Zwettl with Westermo components.“
Both teams are looking forward to the cooperation and agree that it will bring great added value for operators of critical network infrastructure.
