HMI Industrial monitors for harsh industrial environments

The visualization of data on site has become a must for process management and decision-making in IoT applications. Advantech’s FPM-200 industrial monitor series are built for use in the harshest environments. […]

The FPM-200 models are touch-controlled display solutions that have been specially developed for industrial and IoT applications. The flat LCD monitors offer IP66 protection against penetrating water and dust and thus also withstand thorough cleaning with high-pressure water jets, for example. In addition, the industrial monitors offer a die-cast aluminum housing for protection against shocks, vibrations and corrosive liquids or gases. The combination of protection with a slim, compact form factor is designed to meet the high requirements of industrial applications in environments with the harshest operating conditions.

Key features include:

  • Robust design with die-cast aluminum housing
  • IP66-Front panel with chemically resistant surface
Lockable connectors to prevent accidental removal of the plug
  • Slim, compact design for easy installation
  • Various mounting options, including panel, desktop and VESA arm

Industrial Quality

Advantech industrial monitors support many mounting options including panel, desktop and VESA mounting to ensure easy deployment in various industrial environments and are available in 12 inch, 15 inch, 15.6 inch, 17 inch, and 21.5 inch. In addition, the monitors offer a backlight lifetime of around 50,000 hours. At constant load, this results in an estimated service life of more than 5 years.

Marcel Miniböck, expert for industrial automation at the Lower Austrian system provider of infrastructural solutions BellEquip: “Not least because of their durability, the FPM-200 monitors offer a very attractive price-performance ratio for a reliable touch-controlled monitor solution in industrial processes.”
