In today’s fast-paced world, the need for healthcare services is growing rapidly. Moreover, the ever-growing use of mobile devices opens up ample opportunities for users to get health-related information on the go. With that in mind, our client wanted to make their services accessible and available to their clients anywhere and anytime. In addition to that, he wanted to eliminate the offline booking process that was tedious, time-consuming, prone to errors and might lead to receiving incorrect information. Moreover, in the light of Covid-19, the client looks for a solution that would help him provide doctors’ online presence and the possibility to give professional advice remotely. Also, the client expected the patient data would be protected and prevented from leakage.
When working on the project, the IWanta.Tech team conducted in-depth research and interviewed the client to clarify the requirements and expectations. This helped us better understand how the client ran the business and what had to be changed and improved. With that in mind, we suggested creating a doctor appointment app that pulls patient appointment lists automatically. Not only did it help to prioritize these appointments and extract appointment details, but it also sent alerts to the patients and consolidated output reports.
