Based on the technology of the UCC provider TeamFON, which was acquired in 2021, the new multi-tenant solution Starface White Label enables accredited specialist trade partners to market Starface’s UCC platforms under their own label. The solution supports a wide range of telephony features and offers partners numerous customization options: You can freely choose the domain or subdomain of the cloud system and flexibly adapt the name, the color design, the software interface and the look of the softphone and mobile clients to your corporate design.

“One of the strategic goals of the acquisition of TeamFON was to integrate their whitelabel technology into our cloud portfolio and to provide our UCC platforms as a customizable multi-tenant solution,” explains Florian Buzin, CEO of Starface. “This is exactly what we have now achieved with Starface White Label. This solution gives our partners access to individually branded UCC solutions in their own look & feel. Highly scalable UCC services

The cloud system is hosted ISO-certified in the SF Group’s data center, which meets all GDPR requirements and is always up to date with the latest technology. In addition, Starface also offers a wide range of support and maintenance services with tiered SLAs, so that the UCC platforms can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of channel partners and end customers.
